Carrier element for hot water heating
wedi PreLine is a fully prepared building board element with factory-cut recesses for the easy installation of a hot water heating system. The strong insulation properties of the material reflect the heat back into the room and ensure balanced heat distribution. In addition, wedi PreLine reduces the construction height of the floor structure to a minimum (from 30 mm) and, in conjunction with the appropriate wedi system accessories, also acts as a seal.

How it works
Mount the wedi Preline on the substrate with the ARDEX X 90 flex adhesive, glue the joints with wedi 610 adhesive and sealant.
Laying of commercially available water pipes Ø16 mm and filling with ARDEX X 90 flex mortar.
To the adjacent surfaces, seal with the flexible sealing slurries ARDEX S 7 PLUS and ARDEX SK 12 TRICOM sealing set and reinforce the entire surface.
Tile with ARDEX X 90 flex mortar and grout with ARDEX G 10 Premium Flex grout.
